My favorite summer blushes

Vou começar pela minha compra mais recente. Comprei 5 blushes da MakeupGeek e estes são os meus favoritos para esta época. Estes blushes não são os mais pigmentados que eu tenho mas, são muito macios e fáceis de espalhar na pele. Custam 9,99 USD no site oficial e demoram certa de 2 a 3 semanas a chegar. Smitten é um “laraja-apessegado” muito lindo. Bliss é parecido mas tem um pouco de coral. Também gosto de os misturar. Eles dão um ar muito saudável à pele.

 I’m going to start by my most recent purchase. I got 5 Makeup Geek blushes and these are my favorite of the bunch for this time of the year. These blushes are not the most pigmented out there, but they are soft and easy to blend. They cost 9,99 USD on the official site and they take about 2-3 weeks to get to Portugal. Smitten is a peachy orange very beautiful. Bliss is similar but has a little more coral to it. I also like to mix them because they give a very health tone to the completion.

Da Milani não podia deixar de falar dos famosos baked blushes (8,49 € na Maquillalia). Estes têm brilhantes e dão um efeito luminoso à pele. Recomendo as cores Rose d’oro que é uma cor mais torrada e bronzeada na pele e o Luminoso, parecido com o smitten mas mais claro e com um acabamento diferente (andei imenso tempo para comprar esta cor porque estava sempre esgotada).

From Milani I have to mention the famous baked blushes (8,49 € on Maquillalia). These have shimmer and they give a glow to the skin. I recommend the shades Rose d’oro and Luminoso. The first one is a burnt orangy shade and luminoso looks a bit like smitten but is slightly lighter and has a different finish (It took so long to get my hands on it since it was always sold out).

Da Mac (22,50 €) temos o Fleur Power (satin), um coral virado para o rosa. Outro meu favorito é o Melba (mate, primo do Peaches), é uma cor de pêssego com um pouco de rosa, ideal para quem tem medo de sair à rua com bochechas laranja.

From MAC (22,50 €) I really like Fleur Power (satin), it’s a vibrant pinky coral shade. And my other favorite is Melba (mate, the peaches cousin), it’s a peachy shade with some pink in it. It’s ideal for someone that is afraid to go out the door with orange cheeks.

Claro que não podia deixar de falar do colarista da Benefit (34€) outro blush cor de laranja com acabamento luminoso. Na minha review sobre este blush comentei que o achava pouco pigmentado, bem devo dizer que passado um ano a minha opinião mudou! Não sei como, não sei porque, mas este blush tem muito mais pigmento agora.

I couldn’t not mention coralista from Benefit (34€), another orangy blush with a luminous finish. In my review I said that to me this blush lacked pigmentation, well I have to say that after a year my opinion changed! I don’t know how or why, but this blush has a lot more pigment now!

Para concluir vou falar do único blush em creme que eu tenho. É o photoready da Revlon na cor Flushed Rougissant, um rosa fuchsia com uma textura de creme para pó. Basta aplicar com os dedos nas bochechas ou lábios. Anda sempre comigo na mala.

To finish it up, I am going to talk about the only creme blush that I own. It’s the photoready from Revlon in the shade Flushed Rougissant. It’s a bright fuchsia pink with a creme to powder texture. You just need your fingers to apply it to your cheeks or lips. It’s always in my bag.
